Different types of organization
No spare time, people always do something
4 activities, 30 mn each for a half day challenge
Number of teams and activities vary according to the organization chosen
Before the event : briefing with the group leader, preparation of the site, staff organization ready, signalization
During the event : welcome on the site and general group briefing of the event day, , organization of the teams, team bib and roadbook distribution
After the event : provision of the final results, prize giving ceremony, debriefing with the group representative
